Some more exciting news… I’m a Semi-Finalist in The American Prize for composition! I advanced with “Mountain Suite” in the Orchestra division and “Ile” in the Opera, Theatre, Film division.

Thrilled to have been invited by the Birmingham Musicale to perform on their fall concert! The concert, held at The Congregational Church of Birmingham in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, was entitled “The Sweet Sound of American Music” and featured the work of American composers. I brought selections by Copland, Shapero, and Gershwin.
This past week at the North American Jewish Choral Festival was such an amazing experience, with great music and new friendships that I’m sure will last a long time. Such a privilege to be able to attend this year as a Festival Fellow.
So touched by the warm welcome I received in Toronto this weekend as a guest artist at 2015 Jewish Music Week. Please enjoy these photos and a video!
